"Beautiful, historic hotel makes you feel like you have stepped back in time. Huge room with classic decor. Comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and comforters. Complimentary bottled water in room and they deliver a tray of assorted pastries later on. Friendly and helpful staff. Extensive and tasty breakfast and afternoon tea buffets. Beautiful tea room. Outdoor restaurant for lunch and dinner with decent food. Steps away from lots of shops and restaurants. No convenient public transportation, so must take a 15 min taxi or Uber to main tourist attractions in Sultanahmet. Easy to get a taxi/Uber at the hotel, but impossible to get an Uber back and taxis charge an inflated flat rate. "
