Very nice time spent in the south of Puglia
Writing about the estate where the little house is located, you are immediately with the old lady Signora Paula. She lives in the adjacent large apartment building. A fine, nice and attentive hostess, open to all questions and possible problems. The property is huge and resembles a park with a large stand of large shade trees. However, unfortunately, probably due to the size, the property is more or less left to itself. The equipment of the house is ok. Gas stove works, refrigerator with large freezer and as a substitute for a non-existent air condition a well-functioning fan (at the end of September this was sufficient). The bathroom offers what more than you need. Thank you for a great time "alla perla da Apulia". Christian + Karola

La struttura si trova immersa in una tenuta privata ,nella stessa vive la signora Paola ( una donna di un eleganza e cordialità uniche nel suo genere ) uscendo dalla tenuta puoi decidere tu dove voler passare la giornata - a dx si va a castro - meravigliosa 1.5 km - a sx a Poggiardo altra meraviglia 2 km - allontanandosi anche per 30 minuti di macchina si scoprono mete stupende - consiglio alle famiglie se devono andare al mare a castro di fermarsi a castro di sopra ( dalla casa a sx x 1 km ) ce un parcheggio con telecamere gratuito . vicino posta - a pochi passi ogni mezz'ora possa un trenino a ruote - ti porta a castro porto - non pagherete il parcheggio - COMUNQUE CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE LA STRUTTURA - UNA CASA ENORME - PULITA ACCOGLIENTE E TRANQUILLA

ottimo soggiorno
villino molto accogliente, arredato con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un tranquillo soggiorno, grande giardino all'esterno, quindi ottimo per chi come noi era accompagnato dal nostro amico a quattro zampe, con gazebo e barbecue. Situato appena fuori dal centro abitato e vicino al mare distante circa 1 km, il giusto compromesso per chi desidera tranquillità ma con possibilità di svago a pochi minuti di strada. I proprietari, che abitano in una villetta a fianco, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità, discreti e per nulla invadenti. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo e piacevole soggiorno, ringraziamo la Sig.ra Paola e la sua famiglia, che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere, e a cui mandiamo un caloroso saluto. Alessandro D.T.

Una bella location Salentina
Il Villino, o il Casotto come amano chiamarlo i gentili e affabili proprietari, è immerso nel verde del parco e lontano dai rumori a cui oramai siamo abituati venendo da una città, ben situato, non proprio a ridosso del mare, ma in punto strategico per raggiungere brevemente in auto le località marine e le cittadine più affascinanti. La casa è molto spaziosa e confortevole e fornita di tutto il necessario per godere in pieno relax il soggiorno, grande sala da bagno, zanzariere alle finestre, giardino con un bel gazebo dove trascorrere belle serate ed un barbecue in pietra per chi ama la cottura in brace. Ci siamo trovati veramente a nostro agio e di questo ringrazio la signora Paola e la sua famiglia che abbiamo avuto piacere ad incontrare e che approfitto per salutare. Poi ci sono Albert e Biancaneve...adorabili.

grande senso di libertà
la struttura ha un suo fascino un po' decadente(non in senso dispregiativo);grandi spazi all'interno e all'esterno;grande senso di libertà.la disponibilità e la cortesia della proprietaria completano il nostro giudizio molto positivo;lo consigliamo vivamente
