"I would highly recommend this hotel. It's centrally located in the center of town and within walkable distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was the best we had at any hotel during our stay in Italy. The staff at the hotel were professional and so very helpful. "Ortisei is a beautiful city. Our deluxe 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the mountains is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, away from the pedestrian centre yet so close to it if you don't mind walking downhill and uphill. Similarly, the view from the outdoor swimming pool/jacuzzi is stunning. "I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend"

"Great location in center of town. A little loud off main highway but significantly helped by river noise. No air conditioning , so warmer than you may want in middle of summer"
