Well kept! Nice! For the price, definitely above expectations! No complaints! Recommend a night stay if you need it!

The pool needs more lounge chairs. Property needs updated. Beds were nice and location was very close to Disney.

The Delaney is in close proximity to Orlando regional Medical Center practically across the street.

Nice walk to SeaWorld!

Could be top-notch with small changes. We felt they nickel-and-dimed in so many ways. When that’s the case, you better be at the top of your game! First, having to pay for towels if we needed them replaced is ridiculous. We enjoyed the water park, but had to get there before it opened to wait in line to get a seat (extra early for some with an umbrella). The shuttle/golf cart was great if you caught it but at times you had to wait quite a bit, plus felt obligated to tip each time. At the water park, the lazy river had trash in it at the start of the second day (no one cleaned it between hours!). Plus, we sat at the same spot from the day before and trash that was in the bushes right near the trash can was still there ( a large to-go container a raccoon had dragged out while we watched the evening before!). I was under the impression that once the kids took the Wave Runner lesson (which was great), that they could use it the rest of the day, however they only got their half hour ($35 each plus tip). We really did enjoy our time but hope they make some of these small changes to improve. We all had a lot of fun and enjoyed the pools and water park!
