Welcome to your perfect getaway! This newly remodeled home has four bedrooms with two bathrooms and is located steps from the lake. Still in town, so you are close to restaurants, the grocery store, the meat locker, the bait shop, city park, state park and a Wildlife Refuge. Plenty of space for the whole family! Come and catch some large mouth bass, bluegill, perch, walleye or northern! Great place to rest after a long day of hunting as well!

This home is within walking distance of everything Ortonville has to offer. Property managers were willing to work with our Amtrak schedule as far as check in and out. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would definitely rent again.

The house is nice, we loved that the interior was modernized remodel, it’s nice to have the big sectional in the living room with the large big screen TV. We could have used a few more bath towels. Although the house looks small there was plenty of room for six of us. We had a great time!

We didn't know when we first reserved this home if it would just be the three of us or if some other members of our family would need a place to stay during our 4 day family reunion in Milbank. It turned out that we had several people stay with us and there was plenty of room. With two bedrooms and one bathroom up and another two bedrooms and bathroom in the basement, plus a "mancave" in the basement, this property has all the space you would need for large gatherings. I personally love the house and property surrounding it. It's great that from the back deck you can look over the park and lake behind the house. There's a grocery store within walking distance as well as downtown Ortonville shopping and even a couple of pubs. The house feels like it has been recently remodeled and has very new appliances, flooring, furniture including a dining table for six, etc. The owners of the house were easily reached and we're very friendly and accommodating. This is a good one, Folks. Rent it if you get a chance. :-)

This house is beautiful inside. There is alot of space to allow for people to be together as well as alone time if you choose. It is a very small town so it feels like you are in your own little place. It's nice to have the lake right out the back door. We loved it!

We had a friend get-together and this was a central location for all of us. The house was lovely, clean and cozy with a good view of the lake. There is a grocery store nearby and some good restaurants in the area. It would be fun to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake. The host was great at communication.

We booked this house for a girls weekend/ 30th birthday party! We LOVED the house. Everything was clean; and the hosts left tons of personal touches to make it feel homelike and comfortable. 7 of us stayed very comfortably, and we didn’t want to leave. We went to Ortonville to fish on Big Stone Lake. We wanted a home base to sleep/shower/relax. We were so happy with our stay at this home. Everything was as described in the listing. The coffee bar was an excellent perk as was the basket of snacks. It was close enough to downtown so that my husband could walk to grab a few things at the grocery store. We will definitely stay again if we were to return to Ortonville.
