"Das Objekt ist schon alt. Alles ist schief. Selbst die Türen haben große Spalten durch die sich die kalte Luft hervorragend im gesamten Objekt verteilen kann. Das ist zur kalten Jahreszeit sehr schwetwiegend und teuer!!! Die Heizung und das Warmwasser werden per Strom!!! betrieben, der extra berechnet wird. Wir haben hierfür Anfang April noch einmal extra 60€ für eine Woche gelöhnt. Das sollte man wissen, da man immer davon ausgeht, das ein Haus auch warm vermietet wird. Aus meiner Sicht eine...

"Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen in dieser Unterkunft, es war einladend und gemütlich, man konnte sich rundum wohlfühlen. Bei der Einrichtung wurde an alles gedacht, es was sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt genügend Spiele für Kinder das man locker auch mal einen Regentag nur in der Unterkunft verbringen könnte ohne das es langweilig wird. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kann man nur weiterempfehlen :-) Liebe Grüße und wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Der positive Eindruck begann schon vor dem eigentlichen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und wir fühlten uns jederzeit willkommen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben klein aber mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird, für zwei Personen ausreichend wenn man die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist. Und die Lage ist natürlich super, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden. Gern kommen wir wieder nach Warnemünde und zu diesen freundlichen Gastgebern."
