Look no further, this property has is all!! Quaint cove location with main channel view in the exclusive "Estates" division on Tan Tar A resort. Large private dock with sundeck. Lakeside martini deck with firepit. You can fit a large group (up to 14) with 1 King bed, 4 Queen beds, 1 bunkbed set, a pullout sofa and 2 queen air mattresses. You will enjoy lake views from every bedroom with private decks, perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

We are a family of seven and we had plenty of room! Having three bathrooms was a plus for sure! The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and small appliances, which made it easy to cook for our large family. The deck space was a bonus for sure. Would recommend!

Great location and loved having the dock.
We loved being in the Tan-Tar-A estates/Margaritaville area. We have been coming down to the lake for many years and this was one of our favorite areas to stay. The house was as advertised. We loved swimming from the dock and enjoying the views.

Christmas Vacation
We decdided to a Christmas away from home and landed on this property. We loved the location and the house was perfect for our group. It was wonderful. We went to the caves in the area and took a day trip to Branson. The house is in a great location at Lake of the Ozarks. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

Family and friends getaway
This place was prefect for our family and friends getaway. We enjoyed our time at the house, getting around was quick and easy close to grocery and shopping, the boys did some fishing off the dock and we even payed a visit to the Joly Moon waterpark. Location was the highlight of our stay
Location is fantastic. Didn’t feel pics were accurate of actual conditions of the house. Communicated and sent pics to manager. After several communications I didn’t want to spend more time trying to justify how I felt about the property. I questioned the AC working and was assured it was in working order prior to booking. Not the case. Housekeeping definitely could use improvement. I won’t go on about the details.

We had a great time during our stay. Almost everything that we needed are already in the house. Clean and neat house. Very aesthetic and instagrammable. Only the soap dispensers in the restrooms are not working properly maybe the host can change it. But other than that we had an awesome stay. :) Thanks.

Easter at the Lake
The location was great. We were right on the lake. We ate Easter dinner out on the deck which has plenty of tables and chairs for a large gathering. We enjoyed the games and the coffee bar. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us!

Perfect for our Conference
We booked our conference at Tan-Tar-A too late to stay on property, but this was even better. We had a nice house right in the estates. Although the property is older (and needs a remodel) it is clean and the decor has been updated. It had a beautiful view of the lake out the back and had all the conveniences we needed for our 2 night stay. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Family Extended Weekend
This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 young children. Having the boat dock and swimming area was wonderful and the kids ready enjoyed their time there swimming and fishing. The main channel views are very nice for relaxation on the main level balcony deck, lots of seating for our family. Having access to the Margaritaville marina, restaurants and pools made it very convenient. Only issues that would need attention is one of the AC units in the lower level bedroom was making noises and smelled of smoke in the controls which we reported to the property manager, as well as the main level TV is missing the remote which made it difficult to turn on and off. Additionally, the shower curtains in the restrooms all need adjustment as they are not properly located and allow water outside, we had to keep towels on the floor to stop the water.

Cute little home, could’ve been cleaner.
One of the closets smelled very musky/moldy. We noticed an ant problem when we left a cup of orange juice on the counter for a couple hours and there were so many ants in it when we came back. Other that those two things, we had a pleasant experience.

The overall house is nice but could use some TLC. The shower heads looked like they were not cleaned or had hard water stains. The front door was covered in Cobweb's along with the full deck. Fireplace needed to be emptied as well.

Restful Break
What a great time we all had at this property. It was meant to be a practice vacation with my grandkids to see how they would handle a mini vacation. Waking up early and having a cup of coffee overlooking the lake was truly restful. The coffee station is a great idea! The weather was colder and at least one day was rainy. This was not a problem as we all gathered around and enjoyed our time together. If the weather had been warmer I'm sure we would have enjoyed the decks and boat dock even more. Also, the properly is well located and it is a 10 minute ride to several attractions that the grandkids enjoyed as well as good restaurants. Definitely recommend this property to others. :-)

Looked like they are installing new/shaky hand rails on the property, very unsettling to lean on. Lots of wood screws around from demo/installation. Top deck has new decking over old decking with large gaps, not sure if there is trim supposed to be installed in the middle or not. Fire pit was full of ash had to clean out to use. Parking is very limited, a short box pick up barely fits 3 vehicle max. Dock is very nice but steps leading down had little rocks all over with leaf's covering them (Shoes Required). All together the property was a 5/10.

Beautiful view house needs help
Positives- View is beautiful but Im sure crazy loud during high season. Loved the coffee bar! Negatives- House is worn and in some places down right gross. We had ants on the kitchen counter within 30 minutes of having food out. There are spiders and webs in every window and all over exterior doors, too the point you need to wipe them before walking through the doors. Watch out where you sit outside there were spiders all over there too. The upper back stair case is getting ready to fall and is a SERIOUS DANGER to anyone who uses it. Many of the doors dont open and close well. Lights didnt work on dock or path to house. Usually when staying at a VRBO which we do regularly there is more info on the house and area this place had nothing. Looks much nicer in the pictures than it actually is. We ended up leaving a day early I couldn't handle the ants and spiders anymore.
