Convenient location with few convenient stores on the road and right next to Hankyu Higashi Dori shopping street. Plenty of restaurant and shopping options around and just under 10mins walk to Umeda / JR Osaka station. Only downside is the room is a bit small.

Hotels location is perfect - loads of options to dine in Kito area of Osaka. It can get little noisy as its on main street but as expected in the major busy city. Hotel room was little dated compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan in Tokyo and Kyoto but for short stay if you exploring Osaka and want to be central its good option. Main thing for me hotel was clean and convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are very small by European and north American standards which is normal for Japan - you literally cannot swing a cat - just the bed and very small bathroom. You will have to pay extra if you need more space. But we didnt mind it - we were there to sleep only and explore the city. Hotel is very close to Osaka Station which is one of the main stations in the city but don't confuse it with Shin-Osaka station if you are using Shinkansen bullet train - it departs from Shin Osaka. Again not an issue just another quick train ride to get there should you need to connect to Shin Osaka.

We enjoyed how close this place was to the station of Osaka Umeda. There was always so many food spots open and so close to the shopping areas/close to connecting stations for day trips. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the extra amenities provided were helpful and better quality than other hotels we’ve been to in Japan.

Great location. Proximity to Osaka train station.
The hotel is in a busy area so it is very easy to find good food. The hotel is easiest to get to from the Osaka train station via its tunnel network. Look for the sigh for Whity section and NOMOKA section of the mall. I remember passing the ibis hotel along the way inside the tunnel. Once back on the street level, go along the restaurant alley and in less than five minutes the hotel is right there. I wish I had this information because trying to go above ground was a mistake due to the divided motorway and the elevated footbridge. I recommend the tunnel network!

If you purchase a JR West pass then this hotel is a 10 minute walk to the station. Most of it underground. I took train to Himeji, Kobe and Nara so location was extremely convenient.

Exceptional service. Conveniently located near Ōsaka Station and an amazing amount of restaurants and stores. Great restaurant on site. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

The hotel room itself felt a little like a time capsule from the 80's at times. It was very clean and the staff was super helpful especially considering we spoke very little Japanese.
