Very convenient as it was close to Namba station. Had a convenience store nearby. Access to 24 hr coin laundry. Drinks vending machine on lobby floor Free breakfast was provided. Really enjoyed our stay here.

It’s right beside Namba Station (exit B6). The Namba Walk, Dontobori, Kuromon Market and DenDen Town, to name a few, are all within walking distance.

The inn is conveniently situated next to the Namba walk exit B4, which gives access to the underground mall with plenty of affordable dining options and is connected to the train station. Within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi too.

This hotel was amazing especially coming from Tokyo where the hotel room size was like half of the room that we received. The room was very clean aside from small scuff marks on the bed sheets, looked like everything else was new. Free breakfast from 6:30-9am, good amount of options, freebies close to the front desk: combs, hair masks, toothbrush, but I think they are going to stop giving those out in the near future to reduce plastic waste, facial care kits, soap and tea (matcha and ume), and razors. Housekeeping comes every 4 days of stay and on the other days you get new towels and a disposable bags, you can place the old towels and trash outside of your door for them to collect. The hotel is very close to the heart of the big stores and restaurants in Osaka, and a few steps away from the train! Super convenient! Cons: I wished there was a trashcan in the bathroom as you only get a plastic bag that hangs on a small wooden peg and the bags aren't included in the daily new towels bag. There was only one trashcan in the bedroom/ livingroom. I was menstruating and was worried the smell might linger in the room. These were minor inconveniences, but the bed is faced in a way where it's very tight to get to the other side of the room/bed (legs will brush against the side of the bed when trying to pass it), sink and shower valve are connected so when my partner is taking a shower I can't wash my hands or face. Otherwise this is a great hotel, highly recommended!

Location of this hotel is excellent. It is within 5 mins to Dotonbori, there is a metro entrance in front of the hotel, a convenient store next to the hotel. The free breakfast was great. There were luggage lockers for storage. The room was good size for Japanese standard. The property is on a main street, was abit noisy at night with the bikers revving their motor bikes, but I would still stay there again.

Very good location near Dotonbori. There is a giant underground mall connected to a metro station right outside, with lots of restaurants. The room was decently sized, clean, and well laid out. There were lots of washing machines. The Asian-style breakfast was fresh and good. The bed and pillow were not the most comfortable, but at the price-point I can’t complain. I liked that you could change the tint of the room lights. I would stay here again when considering budget. Generally quiet, but you could hear people in the hallway.

I liked it but sometimes the bathroom would smell poopy like even when we didn't do #2. It seemed very hostel-y but the location was awesome. It's a little tricky to get to with the construction going on too. Also everything was automated, you checked in through the computer, then you could lock your bags in a locker if you got there early - just had to remember the locker and your code. Also had PJs in the lobby for everyone. They didn't include housekeeping either, I think they just do it every 4 days and you can't be in the room from like 10am-2pm when they do it so...that didn't seem very accommodating to me. Great location though. Beds are not that comfortable either.

Very Clean and New - Good location but a bit busy and a lot of construction going on, while visiting. Very close to Dotonburi area and lots of shopping. Close to train subways! Very basic but very clean hotel... seems new. Almost like a dorm-type setting. Dining room is like a very basic, clean cafeteria with a decent selection of food for BF. Very convenient and with complimentary luggage lockers and lots of amenities include tea, razors, toothbrush, combs ect. Rooms are cleaned once every four days but they leave fresh towels daily at your door. No bottled water which would had been nice but they have two water dispensers you can fill your own water bottle with. Umbrella's available to borrow. Our room had two windows but view were of walls lol. If the price is right, not a bad stay. 2.5 star

Hotel is conveniently located by a train station. It's also far away from the busier sides of Dotonbori and Namba. I was able to get a good night's sleep, no problem. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Will definitely stay here again and recommend others to this hotel. Train station is on the corner and next to a Lawson’s. Easy self check-in and if you need help there is English speaking staff to assist. Lobby is clean and spacious. We booked a family room that was spacious for even American standards, with a seating area with sofa and two bathrooms. Breakfast is free and delicious. Walking distance to Dotonburi, which is about 5 mins. Great location and great hotel.
