"We where transiting through Osh on our way to Dushanbe and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise and a very nice stay at Level hotel. The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with exceptionable service. We arrived late at night, around midnight, but still we had pizza and drinks in our room 15 minutes later. I will definitely use this hotel again if we are ever in Osh. "

"The facility is adequate with a working elevator, clean and well-appointed lobby, nicely decorated interior, and average rooms. There was no air conditioning and it was getting hot in Osh. "Classic old style 1970s Russian hotel. Very basic rooms. No restaurant. Pool only partly available due to refurb work. Some staff excellent, others truly awful. Breakfast (nothing hot) ok for local market but not for visitors and asked for room number repeatedly."

"まずホテルズ.comのホステル地図がとんでもなく間違っていて、さらにホステルの外面にはそれを示すプレートや看板など何もないし受付もなく、見つけるのは超困難だった。 Wifiが故障だから系列のホステルに行ってくれ、というのも怪しかった。 ホステルの女主人が、ホテルズ.com が私に支払い済の部屋代を返金すると言っているから、現金で払って欲しい、というのもウソっぽかった。 返金の件でホテルズ.com と5時間余り交渉中はWifiが繋がっていたのに、結局泊まることになった後、Wifiは不通になった。 夜10時前に戻ったら門扉がロックされており、扉をどんどん叩いて呼んでも誰も出て来なかった。 部屋代¥2,500円はどう控えめに見ても高すぎる。 近辺の数軒と比べても¥1,000円以下が妥当な価格だと思う。"

"There were a lot of issues with our stay here. Firstly, the hotel is not at the point listed on the map, but right on the opposite edge of the city about 6km away. On arrival, we were charged for our rooms as per their standard price, ignoring discounts applied through Hotels.com The beds are hard and uncomfortable. There are plug sockets hanging out of walls in rooms, crooked and not fully affixed shelves despite this being a new hotel. Also thee was construction noise throughout the day....
