"Arrived in oslo with paid reservation at thon panorama (even had a confirmation the day before) only to get there and find a sign in front saying closed for refurbishing and that booked guests should call this number. I had to turn on roaming and international calling and spend 30 min on hold to be told my hotel was moved across town to a different hotel. It wasn’t walkable so I went into a different hotel and they graciously called me a taxi ($40). I missed my pre booked sauna for 3 reservation...

"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "

"Check in was smooth and uneventful until we opened the door to our room only to find that it was occupied. Back to Reception to let them know and they acted immediately and put us in a bigger room. The room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable especially since we had to rise early and catch a 6:30am flight. The restaurant's food was good. The nicest benefit is that the hotel entrance is a 3-5 minute walk to the airport terminal"
