My only negative is when there is a function on the roof of the desert suites building it is very noisy on the third floor. A very special thank you to Vishwojyoti for going the extra mile to make our stay even better. The staff were all great and attentive. Mellanie at the front desk also very nice.

An absolutely fabulous stay at an amazing property. The service was fantastic - from check-in to the spa to the restaurants - everyone is so lovely. The spa - best facial I’ve ever had. I loved the look of the hotel and its grounds and surroundings. We had a one bedroom villa and we love it except it was too hot to sit outside and enjoy the view. Not a hotel problem but a patio umbrella would have helped. None of the suites had umbrellas.

Had a great stay at the property. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I loved my patio with a view of the lake. The only reason it got four stars is because we were on the 2nd floor of building A and we could hear the people a floor above us, making noise at all hours of the day. Which is not the hotels fault but did affect our sleep.

Lovely as always. Room was 30 minutes late for check-in but the that was not a big deal. Room was amazing once in it. And even though the family pool was not working when we arrived, they allowed kids into the adult pool for the last half of our stay, which made my kid happy. Great place.
