The villa is simply exquisite. Yes, it's (very) hot in summer, but the quality of the house, the pool, the view, the proximity to great places like Vietri, are all well worth it. "Sono purtroppo delusa da questo esperimento. Prima volta che utilizzo questo sito. Nell'inserzione non è specificato che ci sono tanti scalini da fare, e che il percorso per raggiungere l'abitazione è in piena strada sterrata, l'ideale sarebbe stato avere una jeep, e non un utilitaria. Forse sarebbe il caso, di dettagliare meglio l'annuncio, onde evitare di incorrere in queste situazioni. Il letto sul quale abbiamo dormito era scomodissimo, consiglio di sostituire i materassi, e ahimè, soffrendo...

"I have stayed in many villas including rural Italy before. This is actually the worst I've stayed in. The facts are the access to the villa is up a rough rubble and grit track, it's parking area has well established weeds. The patio was dirty and leafy , I was told "it is the countryside and leaves fall" but it didn't account for the old pair of wellingtons, the stale bread in a plastic bag, the bit of wrought iron or the patio table covered in a very dirty cloth with 5 plants and a broken vase...

The experience was a little shocking getting there for someone used to North American roads and driving but it’s a fun adventure too. If you have a car there’s a car park nearby that’s very reasonable. The flat is cute and clean and Elvira is very attentive. "We celebrated our father’s 80th birthday at Casa del Nonno and could not have been happier with the experience. From the moment Ricardo met us to guide us to the house, to the spectacular house and views, and then our visits to the beautiful local coast and towns, it was faultless. "For the most part the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The apartment has plenty of storage. The entire building is under construction and lots of dirt from the outside gets inside. The noise from the construction starting at 7-8 am on most days was very disturbing. There were days that jack hammers were used right outside the door. In addition, the traffic and people talking outside the window sometimes until 1am, made it difficult to sleep. I had to wear ear plugs to fall...

"This was my husband and my second stay in this wonderful home. Once again we loved every minute. The property is in a great location with fantastic views from the courtyard. "This is an excellent choice for anyone staying in Pompei and visiting the archaeological site, Pompeii, or the associated museums and villas. All of the staff were friendly and attentive; the Hotel is spotlessly clean, stylish and modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds; all topped off with excellent breakfasts and local eateries. I couldn't recommend enough. I don't think you'll find anywhere even close to this quality without traveling in from Naples. It's proximity to the Pompeii station, much closer than the Scavi train station, means you can easily and cheaply (around €3 each as if January 2025) visit Naples in about an hour if needed. There's no need to feel limited in anyway by choosing this hotel. "

"Everyone at the hotel was super friendly. The hotel had all the basic amenities and everything was really clean. It was a good price for the area. I went in the summer and the air conditioner worked great which is important for summers in Italy. The hotel is in a very good area, safe and near lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. "
