It does take a bit to get to town for food/beaches, but once the weather cleared and we got used to the roads we enjoyed our stay! "Our stay was wonderful. Dani was so great and would honestly try to book another VRBO if Dani was the coordinator. We opted to use the shuttle service to get to and from the VRBO which I would recommend as we arrived shortly after 6pm and it was pitch dark. We asked locals for directions and were told no such address. Drove up and down the Hwy for 3.5 hours until after dark. Called, text, and emailed the host with no response. Contacted VRBO and they tried contacting host. Finally made reservations at a hotel in neighboring town and started driving when host finally responded. The pin drop was wrong....
