"The hotel is in a brilliant location. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful - front desk, cleaning staff & the waiters. We had a problem with the A/C in our room & needed to move rooms - this was all sorted very promptly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a lovely few days in Mannheim."

"The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable. They say there’s parking, but aren’t clear about where. I parked (illegally) and ran inside to find out where we could park. There was a line at reception so I asked the guy working at the bar about parking (it wasn’t opened yet). He said questions should go to reception and walked away. It turns out parking is across the street, but be prepared to carry your suitcase up stairs, unless there’s a way to get to the hotel from the garage that they...

"The only main disappointment was some of the staff was a little rude. We travelled from US and we found that a little different of people being rude to their customers. "
