Very nice budget hotel in Oswego. Mr. Modi and his staff keep this property very clean. Rooms are nice and clean and bed was comfy, shower worked well, nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. Several places close by to eat and a Dunkin' in the lot. Mr. Modi who owns the hotel is a gentleman and keeps his room rates extremely competitive to the overpriced chain hotels in Oswego.

Angela I believe that was her name was very informative about the town as this was our first time there. The rooms were exceptionally clean and smelled amazing. Definitely recommend and will for sure be using them again when we come to visit our child out there. 5/5

When I arrived I discovered that I had accidentally booked SMOKING rooms..I was very upset that I didnt catch this before arrival, once I got there, the owner/ Manager understanding my plight searched to sr if he had any NON-smoking rooms left...he had only one.. and it cost more than what I had booked on expedia...he knew I was there for a college re-union in town, so he opted to give me the last non smoking room he had...even tho he would loose money , by allowing me to stay in a more expensive room that I had booked.. This comforted me in this situation, because everywhere else in town was also booked due to the Reunion...THANK YOU! / ddt

Our toilet was clogged upon arrival but the front desk loaned us a plunger which worked. The hotel is very well maintained outside but our bathroom was pretty gross. Note it’s on a busy street so you hear every car. Large man upstairs also made a lot of noise just walking around. But we needed a room

Knights Out - Lights Out
Filthy lobby with no coffee or continental brkfst as advertised. The manager is very rude if you ask questions after check-in and the housekeeping staff do not change or wash the linens on the bed after each guest checks out. This property manager does not represent the Knights Inn brand very well. I would not stay at this property again. The staff try their best but the manager is clearly a problem

Shortly after I had checked in, I told the front desk that the outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. I was informed that it worked for the hair dryer. Alas, it didn't even work for the hair dryer. The property is located on the busiest highway in Oswego with constant traffic noise all day and all night long. The room was not cleaned nor were the towels refreshed after the first day. I reported that nothing had been cleaned and the office sent someone to clean the room right away. While the room was okay, I wouldn't stay there again. I guess it's becoming the norm, but I simply could not understand most of the English spoken around the motel by motel staff.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Staff was very friendly and the room was much more spacious than we thought! Only thing we had trouble with was the shower and its odd system of temperature/water control but it didn’t damper our stay. Will stay again next year!
