This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again.

This was absolutely perfect for our last night in Japan. Hospitality was above and beyond. Beautiful gardens and grounds and can use the amenities of the hotel. Highly recommend!

"Awkward stairs to carry luggage getting to the hotel. Taxis are not familiar with location. The taxi dropped us off at the station and there was no ramp to pull our luggage."
