"Great location for our family to stay in Queenstown. The room was nothing fancy but it was spacious and clean. Things are a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. Parking was easy, and you could walk to downtown. It's right next to the gondola. There is also a communal kitchen and a laundry."

"My wife and I stayed here three separate times over our two week trip. Its location on Fernhill gives a great view of the lake and also gets you just far enough away from the center of Queenstown that is feels a bit more peaceful. You can walk to town, but we Ubered and it was very affordable. Solid breakfast buffet, clean property, and friendly staff. Great place, we’ll absolutely be back. "
