A great base for a long stay in Otranto
We stayed almost 3 months in this apartment using it as a base to explore other parts of Italy. We always felt like we were coming "home" when we arrived back in Otranto. The apartment is very convenient to the train station and bus stop and within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets. I don't think it fits into the "luxury" category as promoted; it needs insect screens on the doors and windows and the mattress and pillows need upgrading, but Maria was very prompt to fix any problems that we had during our stay.

Brilliant location
Excellent stay! We stayed for a month and were working from there. Maria organized two working stations and the wifi was working fast. The location was great, next to the quiet railways station, with only couple of trains per day. Short walk to grocery stores and to the town. Lots of Excellent hiking trails nearby. We can warmly recommend!

Ein schöner Urlaub in Otranto
Das Apartment entsprach der Anzeige. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber alles Notwendige ist da und vor allem alles funktioniert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage. Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strände sind in fussläufiger Entfernung leicht erreichbar. Sehr zuverlässig war die Betreuung durch Maria. Vielen Dank dafür.

Ottima struttura in posto incantevole.
Ottimo appartamento situato vicinissimo a tutto, mare, stazione, supermercati, ristoranti, pizzerie, centro storico ed la casa dell’acqua. Ottimo e consigliato a tutti. Senz’altro ritorneremo in questo splendido posto con un mare incantevole. A 5 minuti in auto da baia dei turchi.

Appartamento carino e comodo, dista 800mt dal mare
L’appartamento è ben tenuto , la proprietà e sorridente e gentile. Appartamento al primo piano, raggiungibile con 17 scalini. Tutto perfetto anche se ci sono 2 nei: il materasso a molle fa rumore e l’aria condizionata fischia appena si accende. Il vicino Michele è una persona squisita.

L'appartamento dispone di tutti i comfrot ed è posizionato davvero bene, a pochi passi dal lungomare di Otranto. La sera si può godere di un vento fresco e non c'è stato assolutamente bisogno di accendere il condizionatore. La Sig.ra Maria è davvero molto gentile e precisa, insomma un esperienza da ripetere.

La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile senza essere mai invadente! La casa messa a disposizione si è rivelata più comoda di quanto pensassi , non lontana dal centro ma in una zona comoda e silenziosa. Manca giusto qualche dettaglio come uno sgabellino in bagno, cosa non chiesta alla proprietaria ma che avrebbe sicuramente provveduto a fornire! Abbiamo ricevuto all’accoglienza dell’acqua, bibite fresche e dei taralli, oltre a tutta la biancheria necessaria! L’ appartamento è fresco ma dotato perfino di climatizzazione che non è stato necessario utilizzare. Un ringraziamento speciale a Maria Grazia e perché no, anche al vicino di casa molto disponibile!A presto!

Casa grande, luminosa, con doppia esposizione quindi fresca. A pochi passi dalla stazione, 10 minuti dal centro e vicina alla casa dell’acqua. Magari si potrebbe dotare di pentole nuove e di qualche utensile da cucina in più. Grazie Maria Grazia!

Tornati da qualche giorno da due settimane fantastiche. Posizione della casa ottima! Zona tranquillissima, a pochi minuti dai supermercati e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Oltre al box (di cui non abbiamo usufruito causa macchina molto grande) vi è estrema facilità nel trovare posteggio sotto casa. Agevoli tutti gli spostamenti per spiagge più lontane. Soggiorno perfetto
La casa è in posizione tranquilla e ideale sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che per andare al centro di Otranto. Nella casa abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per il nostro soggiorno. Siamo stati accolti da Marigrazia (persona gentilissima) che ci ha fornito le chiavi e tutte le informazioni utili. A poca distanza dalla casa è presente un supermercato dove poter fare la spesa. Da Otranto è facile spostarsi verso spiagge vicine (es. Alimini) con acque davvero stupende. rimanendo invece a Otranto, ci sono diversi negozi ,ristoranti e un'ottima pasticceria dove poter gustare ottimi gelati, torte, pasticciotti e altro .Tutto buonissimo ! Otranto è molto bella, con il suo centro storico, la cattedrale e il castello per cui, di sera si riempie con gente che arriva dalle località vicine. Insomma, tutto perfetto ! Ringrazio Mariagrazia e le dico che ci vediamo l'anno prossimo.

Otranto è una città bellisssima! Gente ospitale e cordiale. Appartamento di ottima dimensione e suddivisione spazi. Non in centro ma comodamente raggiungibile a piedi sia le spiagge che il centro paese in pochi minuti. Manca un collegamento alla rete e al Wi-Fi per l'uso del PC La TV non è possibile vederla per segnale insufficiente o totale assenza.

L'alloggio di Maria Grazia , è comodo per 4 persone ,ed ha tutto ciò che serve per essere funzionale.La posizione è ottima dal mare e dal centro per la passeggiata. Il parcheggio privato è molto comodo per chi ne volesse usufruire. Maria Grazia è stata molto gentile e disponibile x qualsiasi problema si fosse presentato. Consiglio questo appartamento a famiglie che volessero anche un po di tranquillità.
