Amazing! Nicest hotel we be stayed in!

We had a lovely 2 night stay and the staff had obviously seen my birthday card in the room and when we returned there was a bottle of wine with a letter wishing me a happy birthday. The rail station was just a very short walk opposite the hotel entrance though we did get Ubers as they were so easy to book and they longest we waited was two minutes for one to arrive. If we next visit Prague we will probably stay at Prague Towers again.

I recently stayed at the president and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic—perfectly situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual bite, fine dining, or exploring local boutiques, everything is just steps away. The staff were another highlight of my stay. They were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely seemed eager to assist whenever I interacted with them in person. Their warmth made me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, one area of improvement is their responsiveness to calls and messages. Before arriving and even during my stay, I found it frustrating that no one answered the phone or responded to chat inquiries. Even when calling from the room, the front desk often went unanswered, and I had to contact walk down to resolve issues and requests. Despite this hiccup, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. If they can address their communication challenges, it would elevate the guest experience to perfection.
