Everything about the building and our unit was really amazing. Everything was very clean and we had everything we could need in the unit. We had a good stay there. Our only complaint were the doors felt like they weren’t fitted properly and really hard to close. Specifically the ones in the main bedroom. The apartment door was also hard to latch close.

kitchenette was nice feature and having the washer and dryer was convenient, they even included soap for a load. Water pressure in the shower was low for my liking. Some of the flooring, especially around the washer and dryer was popping out, which is a little unprofessional. Everything was great otherwise.

The air conditioner in the unit was not working so the unit was very hot. Particularly sleeping at night. Also the kettle was broken. Otherwise the unit was beautiful. I would stay there again and highly recommend to my friends and family.

Decent stay, but not as expected. Location was nice and within walking distance to Little Italy, which was lovely. However, the Concierge never did answer any of my phone calls during my stay and general interactions could have been friendlier (I suggest being prepared to state that you are there for a short term stay and in which room before they abruptly ask, "Who are you?" so it doesn't catch you off guard). I'd ask to avoid a mezzanine level booking if possible (we were assigned this and it was a bit disappointing). Room was very hot for the duration of our stay despite adjusting the thermostat, drinking glasses were chipped and not very clean, and maintenance work started just before 0730am above our room which was not anticipated nor were we informed about it. Generally, it was a decent place to put our heads down as we were out for much of the day but for the amount paid, I would definitely consider other options.

The condition of the suit is good, the washing machine is dirty, and the mattress of the bed was really uncomfortable compare with any other hotels my wife and I stayed. Could not sleep properly due to the sunk mattress surface, and both our back hurts after sleeping. If this can be solved than overall is good.

I do not recommend poor in hospitality. I stayed in a room where there was lots of dog hair or cat who knows not up to my standards. Overall, I did not like my stay here, so do it at your own risk. And their garage door hit my car. They did not do anything about it and were very rude towards me. Terrible stay I do not recommend.
