"Déjà un énorme merci à Zaineb et Malik qui sont très réactif même à distance , une villa magnifique très bien équipé avec une tranquillité incroyable j’ai passer des vacances avec ma famille dont un bébé de 11 mois nous avons vraiment bien profiter de cette villa qui est proche de tous mer magasin restaurant vraiment le jardin d’une beauté exceptionnel merci infiniment à bientôt on l’espère "

"Première fois que je fais un séjour .en location. C'est une réussite. Très bon accueil de la part de Brigitte, la propriétaire du lieu. Cette location est très bien pour un couple ou une personne seule comme moi. De plus, elle est bien équipée, une terrasse permet de prendre ses repas dehors, quand il fait beau. "Expedia says this is a smoke free property - this is NOT TRUE. There is a hookah bar inside as part of the main lobby bar area. Food was pretty solid. It's definitely hotel buffet food, but there was some very good dishes at each meal. If you're on half board (not all inclusive) they make you pay for water in the restaurant - it makes sense but feels a bit stingy. The drink prices are pretty good though (like 2 TND for water, 4 TND for spirits). There isn't easily accessible information about things like activities and hotel services. If you speak french, you can ask the staff, but most of the staff only have very very basic English. The pool area is lovely, beautiful location directly on the beach, I really enjoyed my stay here. Overall it was a good stay!"

"Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues."

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"Hotel was a great value. In the winter it’s too cold to swim outdoors but we brought tennis rackets and played lots of tennis, basketball and indoor swimming. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a smoking lounge inside the hotel lobby so the reception area always smelled like cigarettes. If the hotel would move the smoking area outside and away from the doors it would make the hotel much more appealing. It seems like a lot of the hotels in Djerba have indoor smoking. "
