One of the best features was at the end....We were not scheduled to leave the city until late in the afternoon, but they held our luggage and provided towels for the pool. Most other places will kick you out at 11, but they welcomed the extra stay and made you feel at home. "

"Thank you Grand Muchu Oura View Club. For a pleasant stay and enjoyable holiday. I got in contact with the hotel prior to arriving as our flight arrived in Faro early in the morning. This was excellently acknowledged and our early check into the hotel was fully accomodated. My travelling party needed the extra support and this was honoured by the reception team. Communication with the hotel upon arrival and throughout our stay was very pleasant. Even when we had issues with the light in the room, it was promptly dealt with. Ok, food options were slightly limited but we had 5 different restaurant options which meant we were not bored. The location is fab and met our needs. Cleaning was on point and staff were very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again. 😊 "
