"Little bit of paradise all within the hustle & bustle of the souk marketplace of the medina district. The location is perfect and easy to walk to the Djemaa El Fna, Marrakesh's main square and all other parts of the city. I was worried Marrakesh would be quite difficult to navigate but actually it was easy with a map (better than Venice!) The staff at Palais Sebban Riad were lovely and made us feel so welcomed and really looked after us. It was very easy to book a guide to get us started in...

"Great location in the Medina. Very easy to find and a quiet haven from the hustle and bustle of the local area. The staff were superb and the owner even slept in the property on our last night in order to make us breakfast earlier than usual because we had to leave early. Our only hiccup was the fact we ordered 4xTwin rooms and the property didn't cater for this despite me receiving confirmation (was this Hotels.com fault??). Not ideal for 8 lads when two of the rooms are doubles but they...

"Service exceeded my expectations. However it was hard to locate as you cant drive to front entrance. You have to walk through the souk with your luggage and its in back like alley. HOWEVER , i had the most amazing hammam & facial. The evening entertainment was great ! Was able to get pool side dining . The views were great. "

"I’ll start off good then end with the negatives. First, we had the nicest reception guy ever! He even fetched us a taxi one day because we were having a hard time. Super sweet guys! However, no one mentioned this location isn’t drivable. You have to walk there from a busy area which may be fine during the day but not for 2 girls at midnight. And they don’t have a sign! So we had to knock on neighbors doors until we found the right one. "

"The services provided by the property were ok. No complimentary tea or warm reception. Just water was provided. One issue I had and wasn’t addressed properly by the staff was about arranging a pickup from the station to Riad, I contacted the property via Expedia and there was no WhatsApp info, they didn’t respond to query in time. When I showed them unanswered messages the staff was trying to tell me that you may have contacted wrong property. I politely explained pls check this message it is...

"Good location and friendly staff. The Riad is dated and needs a facelift. The furniture has seen better days. The breakfast room door has a large pain of glass missing which has been for months. Rooms are small. An economicaly Riad but overpriced. Did not use the hot tub or the sun loungers as they did not look inviting. Good basic breakfast service."
