"This was our fourth trip to the Exuma’s and the first time staying at Casa Bella. This property is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The property manager Martin was absolutely wonderful. The grounds were amazing, the pool, the hot tub, and outdoor entertainment area all beautifully maintained. Our best trip yet! Thank you so much Martin!"

Getting to and from the home in our rental car was easy; we booked two sailing excursions and dinner reservations that made a rental car necessary. "Our stay at Coral Sands was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the beach. The tropical drinks were delicious. They have a new workout area with a sauna. They have tennis and pickleball courts. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The sand has a hint of coral color and the water is aqua and refreshing! We can’t wait to return next year!"

Nice place to get away

"A coworker and I stayed at Daddy Joe’s on a work trip. We had a really good experience and would recommend it. The building is old but updated. Rooms are really nice with WiFi, streaming tvs, good air conditioning, refrigerators, and other amenities. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. The restaurant has excellent food and good prices. Breakfast is available, but you have to order the previous day. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are expecting a stereotypical beach resort, this isn’t it. It’s a relatively small facility with no pool. There is access to a beautiful beach a short (1/4 mile) walk or drive across the street. I’ve had longer walks to the beach at large resorts. Daddy Joe’s is about a mile from the glass window bridge and even closer to the Queen’s Baths, but I’d recommend a rental car to see the island and explore. This is a great place to get away and relax. "

The Greg Norman golf course which had been advertised was unfortunately closed!!! Will reopen when owners of neighbouring Sandals hotel will have renovated property, a few years down the road? Only weakness is Palapa (main) restaurant, with limited menu and insufficient choices for breakfast, including tiny choice of fruit, yoghurt and cereals and no possibility of ordering eggs separately. 23° restaurant is good and relatively high end but only open for dinner a few days per week. I would advise renting a car to be able to move around large island, drive to town to shop (about 15 kms) and eat out for variety. A day boat trip to the extraordinary beaches of Stocking Island is a must! Overall, a great vacation."
