There was a mix-up regarding the payment for the spa, but Aimed resolved the issue swiftly and with great professionalism. We also experienced a wait for our meal one evening, for which I have offered feedback. These were small moments in an otherwise excellent stay, and we left with nothing but fond memories. "Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 22.45 one night I think to give us something but we didn’t feel happy answering the door."
