The a/c never cooled our room, it was above 78 the entire stay. They advertised it was Universal, or so I thought. No shuttles anywhere and had to rely on Uber. Raised the price of my stay because of that. Just would never go back and wouldn't recommend. And they wanted us to attend a meeting to buy into the resort and called and texted about it daily. Wasn't aware of that when we booked. Just annoying.
