Everything we needed, +extra towels

Basic, well used, functional overnight accommodation. No bedside lights for bedtime stories, but the gentle hum of the fridge to lull us to sleep. Kind host, Julia, didnt rush us out the next day, and directed us to the many cafés on London Road for breakfast ( Café Bonjour- excellent) while keeping our car in her safe keeping.

Tired Guest House with noisy rooms

Nice owners running this guest house but unusual guests maybe DSS with many comings and goings from 2AM onwards until 6AM so no sleep one night but second was ok. All decor, shower and furnishings are ancient. Parking is good and access to Oxford centre is quick by cab.

It is alright!

Booked a double bed with a toilet. The bedroom was genuinely old but the bed, sofa, TV and bathroom were comparatively quite new. Despite the room is facing the main to ad, noise was not a major issue.

Decent for the money paid, but could be cleaner. Fire alarm went off because of smokers in the building so they should be more careful about who they let inside.

Don’t stay at the All Seasons Oxford

The room was dirty, table tops and dresser top filthy and you wouldn’t put anything on them, the floor was dirty, the bedding wasn’t fresh, the bath towel wasn’t fresh, I was given a choice for a small room at the back that was warm or a cold large room at the front, i took the front room that was very cold at night

Should be much cheaper

It would have been fine at half the price. There is a smell of stale smoke everywhere. The shower did not drain quickly. The lock to the bedroom door was very difficult to use. There was a plastic bag over the smoke alarm. There was no milk or creamer with the tea/coffee. They have made efforts to modernise and the beds were ok.

Landlady didn’t have a clue we were coming - just happy to talk with me over the phone and wasn’t there to give us the room key. She asked one of the tenants there to organise the room for us. Room was hastily put together and didn’t have the appropriate beds for the three of us. Beds were uncomfortable.Room was grubby and cold but thankfully has an en suite although we had to ask for toilet rolls for use in the loo. Towels were very small. Shower was either too cold or too hot. No toiletries apart from handwash. Wi-fi was thankfully working. I won’t book this property ever again!

One to be avoided

The property frontage said it all. Scruffy, unwelcoming, broken window taped up, general air of neglect. Inside much the same. no carpet on stairs, everywhere thick with dust, dirty windows. Smell of Chinese cooking pervaded, and smokers in one room. Despite confirming in email confirmation, breakfast was not included, a relief in fact. The place in need of some TLC ie total refurb. On a positive there was car parking and a great bus service. land lady possibly shri Lankan, pleasant enough. Bedding and bathroom clean enough, though toilet seat broken and no slip mat.

Shocking don’t book here

My son and girlfriend and 1 year old stayed in there room was a broken window which wouldn’t shut! Also bare wires in bathroom above the mirror . They did not sleep at all . Also burn marks from cigarettes on toilet seat ! Shocking and used food still left in freezer . I spoke to owner , she said she would speak to my son but didn’t .they never had the breakfast which was included either! Horrible here they were going to book something else but everywhere was fully booked . He paid £198 for this shocking stay and wants some money back

******DO READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING IT***** Never go this property.If you don't trust me look at some of the other reviews. It's a scam with an extremely mannerless lady. Recently, I booked this property as all of the other properties were more than 250 at last moment. When I arrived there, without even showing the room I was asked to pay , even though I had paid online. On confronting her with the fact and email that I had paid, she opened the door and asked that if you wanted to stay pay here(again) or leave. I left as I had a car and could travel. But if I hadn't, I would have been left with nothing but staying there, as many of the others have mentioned in reviews.

This property is a scam. DO NOT BOOK! It was marketed as a B&B, but turned out to be a dirty room in a House of Multiple Occupancy. The room was filthy and the bedding and soft furnishing smelly. Dust and mould were present, no Wi-Fi. 1 toilet roll was present to supply 2 guest for 5 nights. No breakfast available as marketed. No staff present on site. A Chinese woman with poor English took my money and ghosted. The numbers listed rang without an answer, even Expedia tried to contact them with no answer. I could not stay the other 4 days as I feared for my health and safety and had to make alternative arrangements. My complaint has been made to Expedia to remove this property from their listings as this place is a scam.
