All rooms are adorned with eye-catching hues, such as deep blues, vibrant yellows, and rich oranges! The many pieces of unique art displayed throughout serve as conversation starters and provide a unique sense of place.

Here, a sectional sofa, comfortable chairs, and a small table provide a view of established trees allowing you to enjoy the serene ambiance and soak in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Whether you choose to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a book, this outdoor oasis provides the perfect retreat.

Cali Belle boasts 2 full bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. The living room sofa is also a Queen bed and there is an ottoman that converts to a twin size bed. Linens, bath towels, hair dryers, full sized washer and dryer, and kitchen supplies are provided.

The condo is so nice and homey. It is extremely clean and owners pay attention to every detail. Would totally recommend. Very close to campus and Starbucks is 100 steps away.
