"Pleasant hotel in a quiet area with helpful staff. It's a very straightforward experience with not many amenities -- no hotel transportation, laundry service, refrigerators or microwave, for example. However, the staff were helpful with what the hotel did offer, and the breakfast was lovely. It's a quiet town that closes early, but they do have room service and a restaurant/lounge that offers some late night menu items. "Spotlessly clean, newly refitted. Staff were lovely. Beds comfy. Couldnt fault the hotel. Car park in Union st, is 1 minute away and it is located well for Cowley street and a little further into the older parts of Oxford."
