"We really loved the Ramada Diplomat. Not much not to like, in my opinion. It has a beautiful lobby and dining area. It looked like a luxury hotel and felt like one too. We had a ground floor recently refurbished room, and while we were not given a room with a view, our room had a lovely leafy outlook that gave us a visual escape after our days in the busy city. I've seen a few reviewers saying their rooms were dated. Ours was recently refurbished and decorated with an eye for luxury. It was an added bonus that it came with free secure parking! We had breakfast every morning in the Diplomat dining room as it was included in our room rate. Delicious food with some healthy options. The only issues we had with the hotel was that we only got one room key. That was a genuine inconvenience. There was a large tinted window in reception that looked into our room, it would be better if the curtains could be drawn open from right to left. That would allow the curtain to be open on the right, so the reception window was not seen. Other than that, it was a big thumbs up for this stunning hotel. Would happily stay again and recommend to others."
