Property is facing the river and the promenade, which is a nice aspect of the city. The hotel is across the water from the Guggenheim in Bilbao, and the stunning Zubizari bridge is directly outside the hotel. The rooms could be a bit better maintained as noticeable damage to the walls (scuff marks that need painting over) and the wood paneling (suitcases clearly knicked the wood paneling in my room), and the toilet paper holders are installed at 8 degree angle for some reason. Dust bunnies behind the mini refrigerator could also be tended to as well. Please consider providing more outlets in the room for guests, as it was difficult to find an outlet for the iron. Also, please consider putting regular ironing boards in the rooms as the small ones provided to guests are insufficient.

"A good location for those travelling with dogs in terms of grass parks to walk in, but hotel limits dog access to communal facilities. Parking is in a tight Underground car park in separate building."
