" The house was perfect for our family. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the fish jump in the river. Super quiet street - just the escape we needed - yet close to everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and the large yard. We had trouble with the front door keypad but Phil was super apologetic and took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again! "

"This home is warm and cozy! We spent Thanksgiving with family that live locally. Lots of space. Loved the pool, plenty of pool towels and floats. Plenty of bath towels, Shampoo /Conditioner and body wash. Beds are comfy. Neighbors are friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Donna host is readily available. Highly recommend! We plan on staying again in the future! "

The area is very quite and just few minutes away from Homosassa State park and about 20 minutes from Crystal River.Everything was very good and communication with the host was amazing. The only issue was the sofa bed that should be replaced, right now it is in almost unusable"

"We needed to stay in Crystal River for a family emergency. Andrew was FANTASTIC! He let us in very late at night, even went to the store for us! The pictures don't do the home justice. We had wonderful evening sitting out on the back deck, wonderful kayak rides. The sunsets were spectacular! It was a great place to just sit and relax. Can't say enough great things about Andrew. I highly recommend this place. We will be back."

"We enjoyed the amount of room this house had to offer and for the price. You won't find that much space at such a reasonable rate anywhere else. If you are looking for top of the line, all the extras and modern updates this may not be the place for you. We had issues with several of the doors, doorknobs, sink handles and lighting. Either half of the lights did not work or we were not using the right switches. It was never really an issue so I did not contact the owners. I am sure they would have...

"My daughter and I stayed here while visiting the springs in the area. It is so close to everything you need. The kitchen is perfect. A really comfortable and laid back place. We felt at home. "

We did the manatee snorkel adventure with Birds as recommended by owner and we were not disappointed.New comfortable mattress. It was a bit chilly so did not spend as much time outside, but house was right on a canal and saw herons and pelicans and other birds.Would stay again."

"An old hotel with a beautiful view from a very spacious balcony. The room was insulated well and very quiet. It will be torn down in a few years when a "new and better" 5 story hotel is built. So sad. We will have to make another trip to Crystal River before this happens."

"This property was the perfect location for our 4 day stay in Crystal River. The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast at the coffee shop every morning before heading out for a day of swimming with the manatees, shopping in town (which is within walking distance), kayaking, or site seeing. It is so convenient to have the adventure center and water access right on the property. Also a short drive to Three Sisters, Hunter Springs, and Homosassa Wild Life Refuge, just to name a few awesome destinations. Plenty of food options nearby! Our king room had a kitchenette. While it was not luxurious it was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. The bathroom was tiny but that's not a complaint, just be aware if this is an issue for you. Room service cleaned and restocked daily. Highly recommend! "
