"The property is quite and very secluded. The staff is very kind and friendly. The pool villa was very large and nice but needs updates. The color of the curtains is too dark for our taste. The beach area is beautiful. As the location is very secluded there are no restaurants around, only those from the hotel so every time we wanted to get out we had to take a taxi. Overall a nice property but needs updates"

"The location and public areas of the property are great. The lobby is gorgeous and the pool areas are lovely. Breakfast choices were ok but repetitive daily. The rooms themselves do show their age and are nothing special (apart from the view of the ocean we had). Cleaning was great though. We also noted that the poolside service was very slow and at the adult pool, there wasn't anyone to take orders in place of not having the QR code to scan and order. "Took a long time to check-in as western guests kept queue cutting and the staff went ahead to serve them anyway. We only managed to check-in after we voiced our displeasure at the queue cutting with the staff at the counter.
