"We stayed at this hotel 2 times in the span of 3 days. The first stay was exceptional. The second was exceptional with the exception that the shower didn't work. We were leaving and mentioned to the front desk staff at 5:00 a.m. and they were very courteous and wanted to go up to the room with me to check the shower out.
