"Overall a good stay. We stayed for one night before heading to Tahoe and found everything to be just as expected. Staff (1 person) was clearly overwhelmed during breakfast hours but he did his best to serve the guests. Breakfast options were limited and the pancake machine wasn’t working so kids weren’t as happy but there were enough options considering it’s a “free” breakfast. We’d stay again we needed to. "

"When I walked into this home, I quickly thought how beautiful it was! The home was clean and ready to use. The beds were comfortable and all rooms were spacious. We did not get to use the hot tub but it seem to fit about 6 people. Communication between the owner and I was great- he was very accommodating and nice. "I stayed here with 2 of my adult children. We were just craving some time in nature to hang out, eat good food and be cozy. :) Nice clean cabin, thoughtfully appointed, a wood burning stove and lots of big trees gave us everything we wanted. We stopped at Apple hill and picked up a pie and browsed a little in Placerville. Lots of scenic places nearby but for this trip, we were just ccntent to chat by the fire and munch on charcuterie. "

"The cabin is just as pictured, cozy and inviting, perfectly comfortable for my family. Groceries is just 5 minutes away, Apple Hill 20 minutes and Sly Park just amazing also 5 minutes away. Christine was quick and responsive to any questions we had about the cabin and area. The cabin is very modern, everything digital so just need to be prepared to using your phone to unlock doors and such. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!"

"Apple Hill has been a tradition for our family where many fond memories were made with our two daughters. The tradition continues now with six grandkids from 1year to 10 years old. This beautiful home accommodated the 12 of us with plenty of room to spare. The kids loved the house almost as much, if not more, than the apple farms and the lake nearby. Kimmy was especially responsive before and after we arrived with a few small concerns that made our stay even better. I highly recommend this...
