"The house was very nice, roomy, and well maintained. The road leading in is narrow (which is expected for mountain roads), but the drive had plenty of parking. We throughly enjoyed watching the deer every morning and evening. Even though the trail head is farther than advertised (13 miles instead of 3 miles), the drive via SxS was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to see y’all again. "

"We spent four nights here while riding in early November 2024. The place is recently renovated, spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. "The breakfast they offered was okay but could have been better. Your only choices were cereal or waffles, yogurt, toast, apples, and oranges. An employee of the motel was there; she was the only one who would make the waffles for you. The staff at check-in was very helpful in supplying information on the motel restaurant and the location of the gas station."
