"This hotel is in a great location. We had a room by the pool and it was very quiet. The bed is very comfortable and we slept so well. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was good too. The rooms and surrounding area were spotlessly clean. I would definitely go back, it was hard to leave. The only minor issue was the washing we sent to be clean didnt smell like it had been washed. That might be because what we buy in the UK is highly scented, but it smelt musty. "

"The view was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The issue was with the room. There was a powerful odour coming from the bathroom drains and the shower head was broken, so that it would only stay at bellybutton level. Also be aware, if you’re staying in H2 or its neighbouring suite, you’ll have the open air dining room over you. A little bit noisy if you’d like to sleep in."

If you are visiting just for a few days, it is inconvenient as you will either hire a motor bike or pay daily transport each time you want something from the shops. "Unbelievable staff blessing your presence w gracious welcoming smiles every time we passed each. Shuttle service and breakfasts stellar and great location near every place you’ll want to be going. Only drawbacks are nothing but hard ergonomically incorrect chairs, no where to sit or meditate except for a hammock which was great. Showers weren’t that hot and body language wash and shampoo, couldn’t tell which one was which, had to take the squirted off, but that was it. You’ll be happy you booked...

"A beautiful resort that needs some tlc. The staff are amazing, and the pool and deck is 1st class. The guesthouses are spacious and clean. It’s just that the grounds and buildings are needing some updating. The sidewalks have broken up a bit, the grounds are expansive and are more ‘natural’ than the pics show. And the guesthouses need some maintenance. It is a bit far from town so I’m glad I had a motorbike. This all being said, I really enjoyed my two nights there and would stay again. "
