Very well run motel with a super friendly and efficient proprietress. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in clean, comfortable rooms, and Winnie looked after us all very well. Easy walk to the Paihia wharf, shops, and dining. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was clean but very basic and tired, definitely in need of updating. No water pressure from the shower and when we spoke to the proprietor she just laughed and shrugged it off. Wouldnt stay there again.

A Jug full of old tea was left in the room no milk in room so gad to go get some from reception Was no blankets on bed but a sheets and bed cover so had a cold nap Otherwise everything else was good

My 10 Ye old son and I had a lovely stay at Averill Court. It was clean and fresh, the spa was great, easy walk to cat h the ferry. Winnie the manager is so lovely and accommodating and upgraded our room so we had a bed each, so kind. Wifi was also great. It was perfect for our weekend in Paihia. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! :)

Great location, pool and spa are great. Only comments are the blinds in the bedroom let neighbours light in at night, curtains would be better and the sofa bed mattress needs replacing. We were given option of air mattress which in hindsight would have been a good idea.
