Easy to find from hosts instructions . Secure entry and lockup. Sunny balcony , big bed , good shower . This apartment really had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay .

A very clean, modern and well maintained property, with lovely terrace and view of the sea.
It was nice to be met by Iris who showed us around. There were 2 small issues however - the hot tap in bathroom sink did not work. There was only one, small pillow for each bed and no extras. We were surprised to be asked for a 60 euro cleaning fee; which was not mentioned when we booked and paid what we thought was the full price

Das Check-in verlief problemlos und unkompliziert per Schlüsselbox. Die Ferienwohnung war insgesamt sehr sauber und deutlich besser ausgestattet als wir es von anderen Ferienwohnungen gewohnt waren. Töpfe, Pfannen etc. war alles in verschiedenen Größen vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell, wenn es Probleme gibt. Die Lage ist auch ausgezeichnet (Strand ca. 500m; Supermarkt und Bäcker ca. 200m). Alles war so wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt wird. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Vom Erstkontakt bis zur netten Begrüßung durch Iris hat es uns in diesem ruhig gelegenen Appartement sehr gut gefallen.In der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand gelegen, gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht können wir es absolut empfehlen.

Vier Wochen pure Entspannung
Wir haben die Zeit in Costa Calma sehr genossen. Das Apartment entsprach genau der Beschreibung und wir haben uns darin sehr Wohl gefühlt. Der herzliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin Frau Bakker war sehr angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit und auch für länger wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Appartement
Das Appartement entspricht genau der Internetanzeige. Modern eingerichtet und sauber. Aufwachen mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und auf hilft bei allen Fragen. Auf eine Bitte von mir ob man bei Langzeit Miete eine Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination habe könnte war 4 Tage später der Kühlschrank da. Habe schon viele Wohnungen in Costa Calma gemietet aber so ein Entgegen Kommen selten erlebt. Die Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen. Komme wieder.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal, am Morgen wird man von der Sonne geweckt, da die Wohnung mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf das Meer sehr ruhig, abseits der Straße gelegen ist, und keine anderen störenden Geräusche zu vernehmen sind. Einen Parkplatz findet man ohne Mühe in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung, zu dem gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und eine Bäkererei einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die vorhandene Infrastruktur an Geschäften ist vollkommen ausreichend, für Alle, die keine Disko benötigen. Fußläufig in 10 Minutenn bequem zu erreichen ist der sehr schöne gelbe Sandstrand, hier befinden sich Bistros, welche zu einem anständigen Preis ein gutes Angebot an kleinen Speisen und Getränken anbieten. Ein wenig schwieriger wird es hier Abends gut essen zu gehen, hier hätten wir uns über Informationen in der Infomappe sehr gefreut. Den Italiener mit mittelmäßiger Pizza bekommt man auch zu Hause um die Ecke, hier ist ein guter Tipp von Einheimischen sehr wichtig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, auf Grund des Gesamteindruckes und der sehr freundlichen Vermierterin akzeptiert man auch die ein wenig zu hohen Gebühren für die Endreinigung. Alles in allen eine Top Adresse, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder viel besser geht es nicht.

Neu renoviertes Appartement, alles technisch in Ordnung, Küchenutensilien völlig ausreichend, auch einige Spiele, Windlichter, Bücher, Spielsachen vorhanden. Schrank und Kommode im Schlafzimmer sind genügend gross, die Betten sind sehr gut. Grosser Balkon, Liegen, Tisch, Stühle und Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Netter Empfang durch Frau Bakker, Kommunikation unkompliziert. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und "sehr gut" ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren nicht durchgelegen. Auf dem Balkon konnte man es sich gemütlich machen. Nicht alle Wohnungen in der Anlage sind so gut gepflegt, darunter nicht oder gegenüber. Aber da konnten wir drüber wegsehen. Zum Strand war es etwas weiter als wir sonst gehen mußten, aber so weit wars dann ja auch nicht. Der Bäcker war dafür um die Ecke. Man kann nicht alles haben. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Unterkunft, das war uns wichtig. ! Danke dafür. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Abbiamo affittato questo appartamento per la nostra vacanza a Costa Calma L'appartamento è molto bello, ristrutturato di recente ma soprattutto al nostro arrivo l’abbiamo trovato perfettamente pulito. Complimenti! È dotato di tutto quello che serve, in particolare piano cottura ad induzione, forno, frigorifero, lavatrice, TV LED, un utilissimo collegamento internet wi-fi ed un comodo divano. Un altra cosa positiva sono i letti confortevoli. Vi è anche un bel balcone attrezzato con vista mare. La casa è vicinissima alle spiagge di sabbia, una breve passeggiata di pochi minuti a piedi. Iris, la padrona dell'appartamento è stata molto gentile e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un gradito omaggio di benvenuto con frutta e bottiglia di vino. Anche Bianca, la ragazza che ci ha ci ha accolti, è stata molto gentile dandoci anche tanti consigli per il nostro soggiorno a Costa Calma. Complessivamente abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevole e rilassante favorita sicuramente da questo bellissimo appartamento!

Super ausgestattetes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr angenehme Unterkunft
Ich schreibe gewöhnlich keine Rezensionen, aber hier möchte ich eine Ausnahme machen, weil die Unterkunft wirklich sehr schön war. Eigentlich hat alles gestimmt: Es war eine ruhige Gegend, trotzdem waren Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen - der Strand natürlich auch. Auf der Terasse hatte man von morgens bis mittags (etwas 14 Uhr) Sonne. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
