What stood out to me was the way the employees from the front check-in to the housekeepers to those in the breakfast area, just everyone. "Basic room so no fridge,kettle or table but it had 1 chair. Room was very large and could easily accommodate more furniture. It’s an older hotel as the elevators were the original tiny 2 person with 2 doors type. Street noise as is on a busy street with many buses. Breakfast was same every day - coffee,tea and 2 small medialunes . Price is reasonable."

"Our stay at Apassionata was amazing. Fabian is incredibly attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome. He was always unavailable for questions and concerns and was quick to resolve any problems. Initially we had some issues with the heating in our room and when it couldn't be fixed, we were quickly moved to a much better room. The small size of the hotel allowed so that we got to know the other guests that were staying there. Overall our stay at Apassionata was fabulous. "
