"Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel is beautiful. Restaurant was gorgeous with generous free breakfast (eggs, beans, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, and juices). Location is superb- gorgeous views of the Metropolitan Cathedral and Zocalo. Also steps away from the Zocalo Metro station. Other nice amenities include a lobby cafe with free refreshments and complimentary water bottles. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for your visit to Mexico City."

"Every person we encountered at Hotel flamencos were top notch. They are so friendly, helpful and kind. The area is very close to the metro and only about 8 blocks to the main Zocalo. We stayed during dia de Los muertos and it was a perfect stay to be right outside all the main chaos and only a short walk into it. We would absolutely stay here again."
