"Room was very clean and the staff were excellent. We had late sleepers and it was easy switching out our towels at the front desk. The only issue was I had to get a new room key 4 times and my wife did 3 times. All keys would open the doors on the side for entrance and exit but the keys not working was the only issue. Even the managers on duty tried five or six times after giving me a new key. They kept saying it was because we got it to close to our phone but when we got new ones three times they gave us new ones and they carried them to our room the magnetic key still didn’t work on the room door. Again I would still highly rate this hotel!!"
