House located in a privileged area just 800 meters from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava! Close to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Outdoor area with private pool (8 x 4m), chill out area, barbecue and garage.

Maximum capacity for 8 people.

The house is newly renovated, 225 m2 distributed over 2 floors and surrounded by a large terrace with panoramic mountain views. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, 1 toilet and direct access to the furnished terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need : gas stove, cutlery, pans, combi fridge, wine fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. 1 bathroom (bathtub). On the ground floor there is a suite with a shower and a double bed, 2 double rooms, and 1 double room (2 single beds) all with access to the terrace.

Pets not allowed.

Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
