It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. "My daughter and I spent a lovely week there. We loved it. If you want a week away from it all you couldn't do better. Most mornings were in the garden just reading in the sun. The small farmhouse is very peaceful with great views. The house is comfortable and everything worked (incl Wifi). "My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. "The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and we never tired of the superlative views across the valley. Diego and his dad are lovely and always available when needed. If I was to suggest an improvement, it would be a little more kitchen equipment - there was no sharp knife for cooking, no collander, few wine glasses and an oven tray that didn’t fit the oven.
