We found a phone number on a black board to call and were informed that despite our confirmed and paid booking, the shalets were not in operation. "The lodge is okaish we just slept over enroute to Zimbabwe. It is clean that you can't fault it. Avoid a room with a shower as the showers are very impractical, they slunt to the centre so its difficult to balance in the shower. My husband actually fell.
