"From the first welcome at check in to the final drinks served by restaurant staff in the rooftop bar the service by all of the staff couldn’t have been better. The room was clean and spacious, the rooftop pool and bar were great, the restaurant serving breakfast had a great buffet and a la cart options. The location of the hotel was perfect annd only a short walk from the gothic quarter. All in all we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thanks!"

"Great location. Walked from the Passieg de Garcia station in about 20 mins. Fantastic bathroom and shower. Lived the Rituals lotion etc. room a bit small but very typical for Europe. Will definitely stay here again. Roof top little bar/restaurant was excellent."

I was able to store my luggage before checkin and after checkout if I wanted to for free. Then front desk called a cab for me when I was ready to leave. Excellent service! "It was a nice place to stay. The location was very central and easy to access. The place was clean and very warm if needed. I would stay there again and I would recommend it. The only issue we all had was the beds. The mattress were not good and nor were the pillows. It was the only let down. They were not comfortable and we all found it hard to get a good nights sleep as they were very hard. The pillows were not the best. Sorry to say this but they seemed cheap. Again I would stay there again...

We stayed in the Duquessa Suites which have a kitchenette and was great for a family of four - the room was big with a separate bedroom for the adults and single beds for the kids. The only downside is the noise from the road from our room - solved by ear plugs which we always take just in case!"
