Completely new, furnished by architect: ground floor facing the swimming pool with large private veranda and dining area for 8 people, armchairs and sun loungers. Kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher. Living room with corner sofa and dining area for 8 people. Two bathrooms with bidet toilet sink and large shower. Air conditioning and heating. The room nr 1 has a double bed and a large wardrobe, the nr 2 has two single beds which can be transformed into a double bed plus a single bed, one bunk bed and a wardrobe. very close to the center of the village of Palau and very close to the beautiful La Sciuamara beach

Relaxing autumn break
Luigi could not have been more friendly and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and stylish. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach and the town. We had a very relaxing time.

Ferienwohnung in einer Anlage
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett, es hat alles gut geklappt, Schlüsselübergabe, Tipps. Ganz so neu, wie auf den Fotos, ist die Wohnung nicht mehr. Aber wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Auf dem Rasen der Anlage lag Hundekot, welcher in den Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nicht entfernt wurde. Strand, Hafen, Geschäfte sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage
Die Ferienwohnung sieht tatsächlich genauso schön aus, wie auf den Prospekt-Photos. Der Pool war super sauber. Die Anlage wunderschön. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und zum Strand (es gibt 2 in Fussreichweite) waren es gerade mal 5-10 Gehminuten.

Erholung pur in wunderschönem Apartment
Wir waren sehr zufrieden uns haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war sauber und die Grünanlagen wurden regelmäßig gepflegt. Das sollte man wissen: only adults scheint sich nur auf das Apartment zu beziehen - NICHT auf die gesamte Anlage selber! Kinder haben uns nicht gestört, wenn man allerdings auf only adults Wert legt, wird man hier Kinder antreffen ;-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, ist super ausgestattet, hat eine gute Lage, die Bäder hätten etwas sauberer sein können, war aber nicht wild. Die Pools sind super, der Garten und die Terrasse sind großartig. Parkplätze gibt es genug auf der Straße.

Condominium mit guter Lange
Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage zu Strand und Stadtzentrum. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei Übergabe der Schlüssel. Leider sehr langsame WLAN Verbindung zum Internet und ein Minifernseher. Der Pool sollte nur mit Badekappe benutzt werden. Das ist nicht so toll für Kinder. Trotzdem kann man hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verleben.
