"Absolutely gorgeous hotel in beautiful surroundings. Free parking directly outside the hotel and was easy to find a space. Walkable down to the harbour (20mins) but they also put on a shuttle bus that we didn’t use as it is back uphill. Lovely views from the restaurant and pool area. Our room was directly onto the pool. "My daughter had ants in her bed, and when I asked about a refund they laughed in my face and then as I was walking away, I could hear them saying, “Where are these people from and world they live in, thinking they can get a refund for ants in their bed?” So then I walked back and we had a screaming argument so the entire campground could hear us. "We loved staying at Villa Carla for a week, it was in a gorgeous setting and so close to some really lovely beaches and was the perfect setting for our family to relax and enjoy each others company.
