"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "11/10. Exceeded our expectations. The most perfect property and location for our time in Menorca. Highly recommend. From staff to amenities with access to the adult only adjacent resort amenities, gym, spa, free yoga in the morning, amazing calm and picturesque pool, short distance to the beach and restaurants, quick drive (or bus) to La Ciutadella, and I was able to go trail running directly from the place, really everything you could ask for a perfect getaway. "

"A bit dated in terms of aesthetic, but lovely atmosphere and spacious room. Close to a small beach with excellent water-side dining options. Seems like fun salsa dancing and bingo events at the hotel. Would recommend!"

"We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. Great location too in the beautiful old town! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful - Fast responses to any questions we had, and always making sure we had everything we needed in the room. "We had a lovely week’s stay in May. The hotel is a beautiful converted old house right in the centre of Ciutdella with everything on the doorstep, but down a quiet side street. Our room, Ses Voltes, was large and tastefully decorated, with an exposed stone wall - the only negative was a musty smell which improved when the windows were opened, and would probably be sorted out altogether with a dehumidifier. Breakfast which was included in the price, was simple but a good start to the day and Pedro our host was happy to replenish any items which had run out. Recommended for a pleasant stay in a prime location in Ciutadella."

"The property was conveniently close to public parking. Damian was very helpful with restaurant, supermarket and beach recommendations, and waited for my arrival to the hotel despite my flight delays. The hotel provided beach towels, beach umbrellas, an esky and picnic cutlery/plates, free tea/coffee/water, and the little chocolates in the lobby/entrance of the hotel were a nice touch. Overall a 10/10 stay!"

"Pros: - Location is amazing, very central but still quiet. - Friendly welcome by the staff. - Honesty bar was a cool feature. - Very clean throughout. - Staff made us breakfasts to take away as we were leaving early to explore / catch a flight. Cons: - Our room was in the loft with low ceilings and felt quite claustrophobic. The window also looks out onto a white wall, feels quite closed in. - For the level of hotel, we would expect the bottled water in the room to be replaced daily. - Reception is left unmanned quite often - if you need anything early or late, it’s a little annoying. For example, we asked for an ironing board through WhatsApp before 6pm and didn’t get a response until the morning (they were very apologetic but feels like you are left on your own). - Frustrating breakfast booking system is very rigid for the size of the hotel - three allocated times, you can’t just turn up."
